The appartment I was planning on getting fell through because it turns out that my legal issues I was having and ended earlier this year with serving some time in Jail are back in the mix. It turns out since the facility gave me two for one (every day counts as two) because I was working for the jail 7 days a week and when I was released in March the release papers were never faxed over to the court and I apparently still owed $100 for probation costs which I found out when I went to the court house to get a copy of the paper work stating that my case was closed for the property manager at the apartments I was trying to get a place through. All in all, the case is open (stll) or again even because I did half the time I was supposed to and now I'm in between some bullshit of who has more "say so" even though the facility said that they do. I now have a 'status review' on the 20th, because the judge wants to "talk to me" ... wonderful, eh?
